Chewing Betel Leaves and Areca Nuts in Viet Nam

Chewing betel and areca nuts has become custom for along time in Vietnam. In Vietnam we say chew Trau & Cau. This custom is not only daily habit but also carried out at all kinds of ceremonies such as new year, wedding, festival… Trau and Cau are contained inside wooden tray as offerings on the ancestor’s altar.
